A DAY AS A WINEMAKER

Vignaiolo per un giorno was an event organised by the Hic et Nunc Winery on Sunday 26 September, in which participants were able to experience the harvest and watch the grapes that had been picked as they began their transformation into wine.

This was a full immersion into the world of wine, enhanced by a tasting of four of the winery’s labels, accompanied by traditional local culinary specialities.

The experience was very well received by participants, and in fact many of them decided to book a stay at the Ca’ dell’ebbro Wine Resort for those days, treating themselves to a weekend of total relaxation accompanied by local wines, fragrances and flavours.
